Returns & Refunds

At TTLR HOME, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Returns for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
• A brief description of the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping:

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, TTLR HOME will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the item is found not to be faulty or the return does not meet the conditions of this policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind:

We currently do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

 

Please note: Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, together with all original packaging and accessories.
