Delivery Areas:

We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa.

Delivery Method:

Orders are delivered via Pargo Pickup Points.

During checkout, you'll be able to choose a convenient pickup location near you, including participating stores such as Clicks, TFG stores, and other Pargo collection points.

Delivery Fee:

A flat delivery fee of R85 applies to all orders nationwide.

Order Processing:

We aim to process and prepare all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Time:

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary during peak shopping periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your parcel's journey to your selected Pargo Pickup Point.

Collecting Your Parcel:

When your parcel arrives at your selected pickup point, you'll receive a notification from Pargo with collection instructions.

Please collect your parcel within the collection period specified in the notification to avoid it being returned.
